How to redeem your two $10 rebates:

Simply print and mail your activity registration confirmation to the address shown below, or forward your activity confirmation email to AdvantageRebates-Communities@activenetwork.com. Repeat this process for your next online registration with your community organization and receive your second $10 check. Your receipts must be received within 3 months of the date you registered.
