What does the FREE personal training session from the National Wellness Network offer include?
This reward includes one (1) free individual personal training session through the National Wellness Network. The reward entitles you to a voucher towards a Zumba class, Yoga class, Pilates class, gym trial membership, personal training session, nutritional consultation or other fitness experience, depending on the participating facilities or independent locations near you. You can preview rewards within 35 miles of your ZIP code here. Once you are qualified and follow the steps provided to select your reward of choice via the National Wellness Network, you will redeem for a reward at either a brick-and-mortar venue, or a digital reward from one of our partners. You will receive an email with further instructions to redeem, as well as a voucher. If you redeemed for a reward at a brick-and-mortar venue, you will need to print out the voucher and bring it with you to the venue selected.
Can I redeem this reward more than once?
Sorry, you can only redeem this reward once per year.
Can I give my fitness voucher to a friend?
Sorry, vouchers are not transferable. The person whose name is printed on the voucher will need to be the one to redeem the reward. Furthermore, if you redeemed for a reward at a brick-and-mortar venue, the person whose name is on the voucher will need to be present at the venue at the time of redemption.
If I redeem for a brick-and-mortar venue, will I need to bring anything to the venue with me?
Yes, please remember to bring a valid photo ID, as well as the printed voucher that was emailed to you after you confirmed your offer. Also, please call the venue ahead to confirm if there is anything additional that you may need to bring.
Once qualified, how do I receive my Personal Training Session voucher?
If you are qualified, you will receive an email with a Reward Code and instructions to redeem your Free personal training sesesion reward from the National Wellness Network by 11:59 PM PT on 12/31/20. If you have not received an email within five (5) business days, please check your spam mailbox for an email from ACTIVE Advantage. On the National Wellness Network, you will enter the Reward Code provided, followed by your ZIP code. All available rewards within a 35 mile radius will populate. After selecting your reward of choice, you will receive an email with further instructions to redeem, as well as a voucher. The voucher will be valid for 3 months from date of issue.
What if I don’t have any brick-and-mortar reward options in my area?
If there are no brick-and-mortar reward options in your area, you can try inputting a different zip code to see what other options populate. You will also have the opportunity to redeem for one of our digital reward options.
When is the last day I can redeem my Free Personal Training Session reward?
Your Reward Code to be used on the National Wellness Network website will expire at 11:59 PM PT on 12/31/20. All vouchers are valid 3 months from date of issue. The expiration date will be printed clearly on your voucher.
Are there any restrictions to the Free Personal Training Session?
Limit one (1) reward per Customer, per Customer household, and per Customer email address. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older in order to redeem this reward. Offer is subject to change and available while supplies last. Reward valid in the United States (excluding US territories) only. Reward Codes will expire at 11:59 PM PT on 12/31/20. Vouchers are valid for three (3) months from date of issue, and valid for one (1) redemption per booking group. Voucher void if transferred, sold, auctioned, photocopied or otherwise altered and where prohibited or restricted by law.
