ACTIVE.com connects you with the sports and activities that you love to do. ACTIVE Advantage makes it cheaper and easier for you to participate in those activities.

There are 2 ways to become an ACTIVE Advantage member:

1. Directly through the ACTIVE Advantage Website: You may visit http://advantage.active.com/uk/home and click the "Start Saving" or "Join Now" buttons to start a 30-day trial of the membership. Go through two quick membership enrollment steps and then start saving on the things you need to pursue your active lifestyle! Once the 30-day trial period has passed, your benefits will be extended into the full annual membership and you will be charged the current membership fee. You will receive a reminder email 14 days into your trial period and another notification when full membership billing occurs. If you do not wish to extend your membership (during the trial period or after), you may cancel at any time. You're always protected by our Member Satisfaction Pledge--if you're ever dissatisfied during your trial or thereafter, simply email to cancel your membership and you'll receive a prorated refund of the annual fee.
2. Through a free-trial offer presented during an online registration. After you submit payment for an online registration through ACTIVE Network, an offer for a free 30-day trial membership will appear. You can accept this offer and take advantage of the trial membership by verifying your email address and then clicking the acceptance button on the screen. If you do accept the trial offer, you'll receive a trial confirmation email from ACTIVE Advantage shortly after. Once the 30-day trial period has passed, your benefits will be extended into the full annual membership and you will be charged the current membership fee. You will receive a reminder email 14 days into your trial period and another notification when full membership billing occurs. If you do not wish to extend your membership (during the trial period or after), you may cancel at any time. You're always protected by our Member Satisfaction Pledge--if you're ever dissatisfied during your trial or thereafter, simply email or call us to cancel your membership and you'll receive a prorated refund of the annual fee.

If you sign up for the 30-day ACTIVE Advantage trial membership (either through the website or after an online activity registration), you'll receive full access to all member benefits during your trial period. When the 30 days of the trial are up, your benefits will automatically continue with a regular annual membership (at the current annual membership fee). If you do not wish to extend your membership (during the trial period or after), you may cancel at any time. You're always protected by our Member Satisfaction Pledge--if you're ever dissatisfied during your trial or thereafter, simply email or call us to cancel your membership and you'll receive a prorated refund of the annual fee.

The annual membership fee is currently £24.99. That's less than £3 per month for full access to all activity registration discounts and more.

ACTIVE Advantage memberships renew automatically at the end of each 12 month period, so you don't need to worry! 30 days before your membership renewal date we'll send a notification email to remind you that your membership is about to renew. When your renewal is processed, we'll send another notification email to let you know that we billed your credit card on file and that your member benefits have been extended for another year. You don't need to do anything to keep enjoying your access to Advantage discounts.

The 30-day trial of the ACTIVE Advantage membership allows you to check out the program for yourself before starting a full annual membership. During this trial period you have full access to member benefits, including all ACTIVE registration discounts, retail/dining/travel discounts, and more.

There are two ways to start your trial membership. You can start a 30-day trial through the website or, when registering online for an activity/event through the Active Network, you may be presented with the opportunity to try ACTIVE Advantage free for 30 days. Either way, if you decide during the trial period that you don't want to continue the membership, just let us know. Otherwise, at the end of your 30 day trial we will extend your member benefits for a full year and we will automatically bill your card the then-current annual membership fee. Of course, you're always protected by our Member Satisfaction Pledge. Even if you decide after your 30 day trial that you're not satisfied with your membership, we'll give you a pro-rated refund for the unused months.

When registering online for an activity/event through the ACTIVE Network, you may be presented with the opportunity to try ACTIVE Advantage free for 30 days. This offer is displayed after your registration is complete, but before your registration confirmation page. To opt-in to the trial membership offer, you are required to verify and re-enter your email address, and then select an offer acceptance button. If you are not interested in the Advantage trial membership, you simply have to click "No Thanks". With either choice you will then be taken to your registration confirmation page.

If you do choose to try the Advantage trial membership, you will receive a trial confirmation email. Half way through your trial membership period you will receive another "checking in" email that highlights featured discounts and encourages you to take advantage of the membership benefits. At the end of your 30 day trial we will extend your member benefits for a full year at the then-current annual membership fee (currently £24.99) and will send a notification email about the membership status change and billing.

Of course, you're always protected by our Member Satisfaction Pledge. Even if you decide after your 30 day trial period has ended that you're not satisfied with your membership, just let us know and we'll give you a pro-rated refund for the unused months.

If you decide during the 30-day trial period that you don't want to continue the membership, just let us know. Otherwise, at the end of your 30 day trial we will extend your member benefits for a full year and we will automatically bill your card the then-current annual membership fee. Of course, you're always protected by our Member Satisfaction Pledge. Even if you decide after your 30 day trial period ends that you're not satisfied with your membership, we'll give you a prorated refund for the unused months.

If you accepted the ACTIVE Advantage 30-day trial membership offer during your activity registration through one of our Active Network properties, you are eligible to redeem two £5 registration rebates. This gift is yours to keep and redeem regardless of whether you continue your membership after the trial period.

How to redeem your £5 rebate:

• In the coming 12-months, simply email your event registration confirmation to email: AdvantagerebatesUK@activenetwork.com. Please also include in the email your full name and the email address where you would like the virtual ACTIVE Prepaid MasterCard® to be sent. We will verify your eligibility and an ACTIVE Prepaid MasterCard will be emailed to you.

How to redeem your 2^nd £5 rebate:

• You are also eligible to redeem a £5 rebate when you register online next year for the same event/activity through which you joined ACTIVE Advantage. To redeem this rebate, follow the same instructions as listed above (email your event registration confirmation for next year's event/activity) and make a note on the confirmation that you wish to redeem your £5 option. The Active Network will not be liable for the £5 discount if the event through which you signed up for the trial promotion ceases to be available through the Active Network for online registration.


• All rebate claims must be made within 3 months of the registration against which they are applied. Only one rebate may be applied towards any one event registration. Please allow 10-12 weeks for your rebate requests to be processed. The value of the prepaid card is funded in USD based on a 30-day average of the USD/GBP exchange rate and is subject to fluctuations against your local currency. An additional 2% will be added to your prepaid card in order to accommodate for any currency exchange fees realized by using your prepaid card. ACTIVE.com Advantage members can receive discounts when registering for events on ACTIVE.

Simply follow the steps below to redeem your discount

Step 1: Find an event on ACTIVE and login. Use the ACTIVE directory to find an event. Click the login button in the upper right corner of the event details page. You will be re-directed to a login screen. After logging in, you will be sent back to the event details page.

Step 2: Click the "Register Now" button to sign up for the event. Complete all required registration fields and proceed to payment screen. When logged in as an Advantage member, your discount will automatically apply at the end of registration.

Step 3: Submit registration and receive discount. The discount amount will display in your shopping cart and will be deducted from your registration fees. The registration discount will vary and is excluded from some events. If the discount does not appear in your shopping cart, the event is not eligible.

1. If you are already an ACTIVE Advantage member and you are ready to access the Sport Pursuit deal, simply login with your ACTIVE Advantage membership email address and password and click on the Gear tab located in the menu bar which will take you to a page where you can generate your one time use coupon code for Sport Pursuit.
2. Once you have generated your one time use coupon code you are ready to visit ACTIVE Sport Pursuit and apply this code during the checkout process for 15% savings on any purchase!

Everybody loves event photos. It’s fun to capture those special moments as you conquer a challenging course, gleefully cross the finish line or celebrate with friends at a post-race party. ACTIVE Advantage members will be reimbursed, via an ACTIVE Prepaid MasterCard, up to £25 on their 3rd registration with ACTIVE.com. If the 3rd registration is less than £25, the rebate will be for the actual amount of the registration. All 3 registrations included in the rebate claim must be made during the same 12-month membership year.

This offer does NOT apply to every 3rd registration, only the 3rd registration made during a given membership year (i.e., the 6th or 9th registration made during a 12-month membership year). If all 3 registrations are made on the same day, ACTIVE will reimburse the ACTIVE Advantage member for the lowest of the registration costs.

ACTIVE Advantage members that are in the midst of their free 30-day trial are not eligible to receive a rebate until after they have paid the annual ACTIVE Advantage membership dues of £24.99. After the annual ACTIVE Advantage membership dues are paid, registrations made during the trial period, including a registration during which the trial membership was initiated, count towards the 3 registrations necessary to qualify.

Registrations must be completed by the ACTIVE Advantage member for him/herself or for his/her immediate family member.

All 3 registrations must be made during the applicable membership year (e.g., if one registration was made in February and the member signed up for the Advantage program in March, the registration made in February will NOT count towards the three registrations). Claims for the free registration must be submitted by current ACTIVE Advantage members. (e.g., if a member canceled his/her membership in February, then submits his/her claim in March, no rebate will be paid).

Once a member submits a 3rd Registration rebate claim, he/she is not eligible to submit another claim until 1 year following the prior rebate claim submission date. Limit one registration rebate per 12-month period commencing with first qualifying registration. Free events cannot be used as part of a rebate claim.

ACTIVE can cancel or modify the program at its sole discretion without further notice provided that any valid, qualifying rebate claims submitted prior to such modification or cancellation will be honored.

ACTIVE Advantage Members can redeem the rebate in three ways:

1. ACTIVE Advantage Members can send, in one email, the following information for each of their past 3 registrations to AdvantageRebatesUK@activenetwork.com:
• Member name
• Event name
• Registration date
• Registration confirmation number
2. ACTIVE Advantage Members can send, in one email, a screen shot of their “Order History” page in their ACTIVE.com member account to AdvantageRebatesUK@activenetwork.com.
3. ACTIVE Advantage Members can forward, on the same day, their past 3 registration confirmation emails to AdvantageRebatesUK@activenetwork.com.
